What counts as an AI message?
Each time AIM Works calls Claude on your behalf — generating a Basis of Design narrative, reading a PDF floor plan, or scoping a project from a description — it counts as one AI message. Heuristic checks (input validation, coordination warnings) don't consume messages.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account at any time. Annual subscribers receive a prorated refund if they cancel mid-term.
Do you offer a Firm or Enterprise plan?
Not at this time. AIM Works is currently sold per individual engineer. Multi-seat firm plans are on the roadmap for late 2026.
What happens when my trial ends?
When your trial expires, your account is paused and you can no longer access the Design Workspace. Your project data is retained. Upgrade at any time to restore access.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Monthly billing is $99/mo (Starter) or $249/mo (Professional) — pay as you go, cancel anytime. Annual billing is $999/yr or $2,499/yr — that's 2 months free compared to paying monthly.
Are the free calculators really free forever?
Yes. The 60+ free HVAC calculators on the tools page require no account and have no usage limits. They will always be free.
